  • 1 medium-sized beetroot, cut into cubes
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup coconut water (125 ml)
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

Preparation

  • Mix beets in a blender and add the other ingredients little by little.
  • Drink it immediately.

Although the properties of beets are likely to make you full enough, you can double the amounts if you are very hungry.

Snacks

  • 1 large beetroot, cut into cubes
  • 3 medium-sized carrots, cut into small pieces
  • ½ glass of water (100 ml)
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 5 mint leaves

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender and drink the smoothie.

If you want, you can replace the coin with another spice. Again, you can make a double serving if you are still hungry.

Lunch

The beetroot diet is very restrictive, but still you must try to make your lunch as complete as possible. So  bring this well-designed salad to get the nutrients you need.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized beetroot, cut into cubes or slices
  • 10 walnuts, cut into small pieces
  • 10 cooked broccoli bouquets
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 apple, cut into cubes
  • 1 small piece of cheese, cut into cubes (30 g)

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients together and put on your favorite oil.
  • You can also add salt, pepper or another spice you like to give this salad a little extra flavor.
