If You Do Not Cry, Your Body Will Cry For You

You may have heard that crying means you are weak, but the truth is that it is liberating. If you do not cry, your emotions can overflow and prevent you from being happy.
If you do not cry, your body will cry for you

If you do not cry, your body will cry for you. If you force yourself to keep everything inside, keep all your difficulties inside and not let them out, you will end up exploding.

We were not created to fill ourselves with emotions and hold on to emotions without expressing them.

The fear of how everyone will react, what they will say about you, or whether they will reject you, makes you keep things inside you that sooner or later will come out of themselves.

If you do not cry, you will start to suffer

keep the emotions inside

If you do not cry, you will experience even more sadness, despair, depression and anxiety.

You have every opportunity for things not to be like that. Keeping everything inside is not the path you want to choose.

Here is an example. Say that your partner always rests his feet on the table. You never said anything to him about it because at first you wanted to believe that it did not bother you.

The infatuation phase makes us pretty stupid. What happens when this phase is over? Reality strikes, and what you pretended not to bother you before now irritates you to no end.

You will probably start blaming the other person. You can drop the occasional, ” You know I do not like it”,  or let him know with your eyes that you are not happy.

But this will not do anything for you. You will endure it again and again. You keep giving these glances, until one day you explode over nothing.

The big mistake here is to pretend that something is not bothering you when it actually does, and that you do not communicate it in time. Maybe you think it will not happen again.

But you go into one of the worst mistakes: the world of expectations.

Your body tells you when it’s not okay

If holding on to all your emotions has become a way of life, your body will start sending you warning signs.

Recurrent headaches, anxiety, upset stomach, eczema, or any of the many problems can be a cry for help coming from something inside you that tells you that something is not right.

You should not ignore it.

Maybe you do not know what is happening, because it comes from a previous experience that you do not even remember very well.

But if it limits your life, if you get anxious or if you often do not feel well and you do not feel happy, you need to listen to your body.

That’s wise. Use it to find the root of the problem. Your body does not react like this for no reason.

Your body and your mind are connected. If you ignore the problem, you will not solve the problem and your body will show it.

It goes even further. If you do not dive into the innermost parts of yourself and encounter what hurts you so much, the upset stomach can turn into eczema, eczema into a circulatory problem and the circulatory problem into dermatitis.

When you ignore the body’s warnings, it will keep trying to show you that something is wrong until you put an end to what makes you so unhappy.

Faith, trauma and experiences

Your problems often come from beliefs, traumas and experiences that you did not choose to put in your mind or go through.

But they can all actually be opportunities to open your eyes, learn and let go.

The fear of saying “no” can come from a belief or a traumatic experience that you have carried around since you were little.

The gigantic fear of saying what you feel when you feel it may be due to a negative experience that triggered low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence.

Do not give in to all this. There is no need to lie down and accept it.

Every trauma and experience is a chance to become who you really want to be.

So remember this: If you do not cry, your body will do it. Start letting yourself cry when you need it. Free your body from the physical manifestations of pain.

Are you ready to choose wellness over misery?
