Ingredients

  • 75 grams of rice
  • 2.5 dl with water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey, if you have very dry skin (7.5 g)
  • A few drops of lemon juice, if you have very oily skin.
  • Oatmeal, avocado or other ingredients you want to add.

Instructions

  • Bring the water to a boil and add the rice. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • Strain the water into a separate container, preferably in a glass jar. Store it in the refrigerator.
  • Afterwards, you can mix the rice with honey, lemon juice and other ingredients.
  • Apply the mask on your face and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  • Finally, rinse the mask with water. It is recommended to use the mask at least twice a week.

2. Facial cleansing of rice water

Take the rice water from the first recipe in this article, and dip a cotton swab in it and then apply it on your face. It is good to do this in the morning before applying makeup, or after washing your face before going to bed at night.
