Doing healthy things on an empty stomach is an important way to start the day to have a healthier lifestyle. Although your daily routine can be hectic and stressful, adopting some  good habits will improve your quality of life.

If you are worried about not having time during the day to exercise or relax, then it is best to do it as the first thing you do in the morning. When you wake up, your body has had enough rest to start your routine again. You can make today a good day, but do you know how to do it?

1. Drink water on an empty stomach
