A mind that is obsessed with traumatic events is not able to move forward, even after 5 or 10 years. When you cling to something, time will not pass.

You have to understand that what the pages on the calendar will do is, as the months go by, put everything in place.

The things that hurt you should stay in the past and stop bothering you. Things that are important, that give you strength, energy and happiness, are the things that should be your partner every day throughout life.
